As we do not have access to your card details, in order to change your card details, you will need to sign up again online and then we will cancel your existing payment.
NB: If you would like to change your subscription card details please ensure that you contact our Support Team first so that we can anticipate the change.
If you would like to change your card details for your subscription you will need to sign up again online for the same subscription using the new card details. Our Support Team will then cancel your current payment information and update your subscription to your new card details.
Due to security reasons, we are unable to change your card details ourselves.
